Job Responsibilities
  1. Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  3. Handle every query politely and courteously, exceeding guest expectations.
  4. Greet guests by name upon calling, as per Rixos Standards.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
  6. Be aware of guest profiles through the Fidelio guest profile system.
  7. Complete management's long-distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
  8. Maintain the guest wake-up call sheet and deliver calls on time and to standard.
  9. Ensure proper operation of the switchboard for fast and efficient transfer of calls.
  10. Take messages for guests and management as per standard procedures.
  11. Answer all external and internal calls efficiently, connecting them to the correct person.
  12. Be aware of the whereabouts of managers and how to contact them at all times.
  13. Monitor logs of long-distance calls, faxes, and messages.
  14. Coordinate communication within the hotel during emergencies.
  15. Be fully aware of the daily activities and product knowledge of hotel facilities.
  16. Maintain proper grooming at all times.
  17. Attend training sessions as scheduled.
  18. Show cooperation and respect within the team and with other departments.
  19. Stay informed about daily activities and hotel facilities.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in any field.
