Job Responsibilities
- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle every query politely and courteously, exceeding guest expectations.
- Greet guests by name upon calling, as per Rixos Standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Be aware of guest profiles through the Fidelio guest profile system.
- Complete management's long-distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
- Maintain the guest wake-up call sheet and deliver calls on time and to standard.
- Ensure proper operation of the switchboard for fast and efficient transfer of calls.
- Take messages for guests and management as per standard procedures.
- Answer all external and internal calls efficiently, connecting them to the correct person.
- Be aware of the whereabouts of managers and how to contact them at all times.
- Monitor logs of long-distance calls, faxes, and messages.
- Coordinate communication within the hotel during emergencies.
- Be fully aware of the daily activities and product knowledge of hotel facilities.
- Maintain proper grooming at all times.
- Attend training sessions as scheduled.
- Show cooperation and respect within the team and with other departments.
- Stay informed about daily activities and hotel facilities.
Qualifications
- University Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
