Job Description:
Job Purpose: Ensure the Quality work as per Customer provided standards
Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing network performance and capacity
2. Ensuring network reliability and availability
3. Developing and implementing network monitoring and management strategies
4. Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure network quality and performance
5. Provided technical support to end-users and other engineers
6. Troubleshooted and resolved network issues
7. Ensured network security and compliance with industry
8. Operation-maintenance, troubleshooting & configuration of Huawei CS and IMS Core Network Nodes like MSC, HLR, VLR, MSS, HSS, MGWs, GMSCs, STP, DRA, IMS and SBC.
9. Thorough Understanding of various interfaces in CS and IMS core
10. Technical Knowledge in operations & maintenance of all Core Elements
11. Troubleshooting skills of switching related issues
12. Knowledge of Core KPI parameters
13. Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC Customer / LNOC Teams
14. Fault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case of escalated cases
15. Node Health Checks
16. Operation experience on Huawei CS/IMS Core Network

Academic Qualifications and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower installation and maintenance.

Ability to Deal with Multi Tasks / Projects
