Job Purpose:

Manage and oversee technology risk management processes, ensuring the organization identifies, assesses, and mitigates technology-related risks. Align the technology risk framework with regulatory requirements and best practices to enhance IT resilience and maintain the IT risk register. Oversee the IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and conduct in-depth risk assessments and gap analyses related to the IT DRP & Manage the enterprise-wide incident management framework

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop overall policies and procedures relating to Technology risk.
• Reviewing IT processes to identify areas of potential risks and improvement.
• Conduct technology risk assessments and ensure appropriate risk controls are in place.
• Support in reporting technology risks to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology risk management processes and frameworks.
• Monitoring and reviewing mitigation controls and making recommendations for improvement and enhancement related to technology risk.
• Ensure proper classification and prioritization of incidents.
• Maintain strong coordination with IT, Compliance, Security, admin and other relevant departments for integrated incident response.
• Provide periodic reports to the senior management regarding incident trends and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement a technology risk management Framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential technology risks affecting ALJUF.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement effective technology risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SAMA frameworks, and any related international standards and best practices.
• Lead technology risk reviews and recommend enhancements to controls and processes.
• Monitor emerging technology risks and provide advisory services on risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct an assessment on IT based on SAMA IT Governance Farmwork.
• Manage and develop a comprehensive process for identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring technology risks that could interfere with ALJUF’s objectives and goals.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide incident management P&P.
• Establish and maintain an incident reporting mechanism to ensure incidents are logged, tracked, and escalated appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding incident management.
• Integrate incident management into ALJUF culture.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Technology Risk.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to assess and manage IT risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations, and technology risk frameworks.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology risk management or governance.
• Experience in implementing technology risk frameworks and risk assessment methodologies & Incident management.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate IT-related risks and support business continuity objectives.
