We are seeking a skilled Technology Lead to join our Business Development Unit. Plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales, solution and business needs. They ensure that technical solutions align with business goals, drive innovation, and support customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical requirement analysis to assess client IT environments, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities.
- Evaluate and interpret emerging technology trends (e.g., Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity) to inform solution strategies.
- Align technical roadmaps and solution architectures with overarching business growth objectives.
- Recommend optimal technology stacks for various initiatives such as software development, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Serve as the technical expert during client engagements—supporting the business development team in presenting solution capabilities.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations, technology demos, and deep-dive technical discussions.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses by crafting technically sound, tailored solution proposals.
- Prepare technical collateral such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and architecture documents.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
- Engage with external technology vendors and partners to enhance solution value and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT solutioning, technical consulting, or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, modern tech stacks, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, AI/ML technologies, or cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in or with business development, pre-sales, or solution consulting teams is preferred.
