Overview:

The Technology and R&D Manager leads the exploration of emerging technologies and development of innovative solutions aligned with ADC’s strategic goals. The role drives internal research programs, external partnerships, and pilots to validate new concepts and prepare for future service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage ADC’s innovation roadmap, aligned with emerging technologies (AI, 6G, edge computing, etc.).
• Lead proof-of-concept projects, use case validation, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify innovation needs and assess feasibility.
• Build partnerships with research institutions, universities, and technology vendors.
• Track global innovation trends and maintain a pipeline of concepts for evaluation.
• Manage R&D budgets, reporting, and alignment with national and corporate innovation mandates.
• Ensure pilot outcomes are documented and transitioned effectively to product or engineering teams.
• Represent ADC in innovation-focused consortiums and forums.
