An exciting opportunity is available Mechanical Technician, based in Hail, KSA who will report directly to Maintenance Supervisor.

Summary:

Responsible for routine and nonroutine mechanical maintenance of moderate complexity, while maintaining the availability of plant machinery and equipment of the company, performing preventive and corrective maintenance to keep in full operation, in accordance with standards and procedures of quality, safety and environment. Able to sign off tasks on minor activities.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

1. Uses drawings and sketches in the carry out of basic mechanical maintenance activities

2. Makes and monitors installations and mechanical repairs of a moderate complexity

3. Takes measurements of vibration, temperature and others basic measurements in mechanical equipment.

4. Participate in calculations using workshop math and selects appropriate size and grade of components 5. Supports planning activities, providing necessary material, to carry out mechanical maintenance activities.

6. Participates in the preparation of mechanical maintenance programs and/or programming of activities in the area.

7. Uses basic instruments of measurement and control to make minor adjustments mechanical equipment with supervision

8. Participates in testing machinery and equipment from specific rules and guidelines, to ensure the elimination of defects.

9. Complies with all relevant HSE standards; seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma Level Education and qualification Professional/Technical certifications/accreditation in relevant discipline.
• 4 years’ experience with a Diploma or High School Certificate
• Recognized technical certificationrelevant to discipline
