Technician IV, Taldeen QC Job

Work Location: KSA > Hael

The company’s production arm occupies a giant complex of over 100,000m2 that produces various specialized plastic solutions and handling products. An exciting opportunity is available for Technician, Taldeen QC, based in Hael.

Summary:

To do daily QC related Jobs in TALDEEN, IQC, Online and FGs inspection and its reporting and documentation (Reports and SAP System).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Check the line startup and finish goods as per sampling plan.
2. Keep monitoring production lines and deliver quality records with all required analysis on time.
3. Conduct on-line monitoring for quality of manufacturing finish goods in Taldeen and recycle plant.
4. Conduct laboratory testing as per the testing sheet and sampling plan.
5. Inspect incoming raw materials to the production line before production.
6. Conduct random inspections for production lines beyond the quality plan when needed.
7. Involve in validation of new raw materials, new machines, or new production lines.
8. Report non-conforming products and hold them.
9. Report daily monitoring results to the QC supervisor.
10. Collect daily retained samples per each line and each product.
11. Follow quality standards (ISO/Quality/Safety procedures), SOPs, guidance, and work instructions.
12. Participate in updating the systems and ensuring compliance.
13. Apply, follow, and comply with QMS (ISO 9001) and safety procedures and requirements.
14. Perform assigned jobs by the department team leader and manager.
15. Able to lift 15Kg of load when required with safety precautions.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Punctual, keen for work, and a team player.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, a searching and logical mind.
• Operational Safety.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
