An exciting opportunity is available for Technician II, Mechanical Based in Hail. and will report directly to Maintenance Sr Supervisor.

About the role:

Performs standard work routines on a board range of equipment. Requires authoritative knowledge of Mechanical specialized methods acquired on the job or through certification. Determines solutions using different elements of their experience.

You will be responsible to:

• Analyze performance of equipment and participates in fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Guide technically less experienced technicians to carry out basic activities and usage of testing equipment.
• Read Mechanical Maintenance manuals, specifications, procedures and follows clear instructions for setting up test practices.
• Comply with all relevant HSE standards; seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices all times.
• Use sophisticated testing equipment and tools to test and troubleshoot routine to complex Mechanical equipment.
• Test and repairs Mechanical equipment and using relevant knowledge and experience.
• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical equipment that requires good technical experience.
• Install new cables, wiring and Instrumentation fixtures. Inspects I/E equipment at frequent interval and rectifies any faults.
• Calibrate, maintains, repairs mechanical equipment as directed.

About You:

• Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 Years of hands-on experience in plastic industries (Injection molding machines, pipe extrusion machines, blown film machines).

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge in the trouble shooting of mechanical/hydraulic/ pneumatic system/mold repairing.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, with an ability to read the drawings & understand the technical manuals, instruction of machine manufacturer.
