Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including:
User manuals
API documentation
Online help guides
System operation instructions
Installation guides
Work with internal teams to understand product requirements and translate them into documentation.
Organize and write supporting content for software development, engineering, or IT systems.
Edit and standardize materials prepared by other team members to ensure consistent tone and style.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve content quality and usability.
Maintain version control and documentation history using tools like Git or Confluence.
Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git, or Adobe FrameMaker).
Familiarity with HTML, Markdown, or XML is a plus.

Ability to create visuals or diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma.
