The Technical Trainer in Industrial Security is responsible for leading all aspects of the Industrial Security Training programs assigned to them. This includes delivering course content (both theoretical and practical) effectively, managing the learning environment, and ensuring that training areas and resources are suitable and adequate to fulfill training and assessment requirements. The role also involves assessing performance to evaluate student learning.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Industrial experience of 5 Years
2. Instructor experience of 3 Years
3. Good English language ability
4. Relevant diploma or engineering qualification

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background: Technical or Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in the oil and gas industry.
2. At least 3 years of experience in delivering technical training.

Certifications:

1. Completion of a formal 'Train the Trainer' or Certified Trainer course is desirable.
2. Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ) is an advantage.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
