Lead Technology Engineer European Talent Wanted | Relocate to Riyadh

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

We re working with a fast-growing digital solutions company in Riyadh that s building innovative tech products for the Saudi market. They re looking to hire a hands-on Lead Technology Engineer to lead development efforts, mentor a growing team, and shape the technical vision of their expanding platform.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Riyadh, and the team is particularly keen to connect with European professionals who are open to relocating and bringing their strong engineering experience into innovation-driven environment.

What You ll Be Doing:

- Leading end-to-end product development using modern technologies (Svelte, Node.js, AI frameworks)
- Mentoring and upskilling engineers, while preparing a team member for future leadership
- Driving architecture, roadmaps, and technical strategy across complex projects
- Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align tech with business

What They re Looking For:

- 8 10 years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership role
Solid expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks (Svelte or React), PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- Exposure to AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, RAG, Agent Development, Multi-Cloud, etc.)
