Technical Systems Administrator AMOS

Maximize profitability by providing world-class quality assistance, increasing end-user proficiency and productivity, and exploiting the features of AMOS and other digital applications vital to the company’s operational requirements, in compliance with the department procedures manual. Effectively understand, identify, and analyze bottlenecks in existing processes to improve productivity and revenue, minimizing waste and costs through best practices, lean methods, and metrics.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maximize profitability by providing high-quality assistance and enhancing end-user proficiency and productivity.
2. Leverage the features of AMOS and other digital applications essential for the company's operations, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
3. Identify and analyze bottlenecks in processes to optimize productivity and revenue, reducing waste and costs using best practices and lean methodologies.
4. Ensure operational continuity through system performance and reliability, maintaining long-term inventory accuracy and traceability, and building management trust in high-quality services.
5. Control and manage AMOS and other digital applications, customizing them to departmental needs and preventing unauthorized transactions.
6. Enhance end-user effectiveness and proficiency with AMOS and digital systems through ongoing guidance, training, and involvement in solution development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Programming.
• Over 3 years of experience working with digital applications in airlines and aviation sectors.
