The Technical & Engineering Division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection, specialized in recruiting and selecting middle and top management profiles, is seeking a Technical Supervisor for a client company operating in the defense industry.

Position Summary:

The Technical Supervisor is a specialized engineer with proven experience in managing engineering projects, preferably with a background in Anti-Drone Systems.

This role is responsible for overseeing both technical and contractual aspects, coordinating Field Service Representatives (FSRs), System Engineers, and Instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all contractual procedures and guidelines across the team.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to define priorities within the program and ensure targets are met.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
• Supervise ongoing work to verify adherence to project plans and technical specifications.
• Monitor employee attendance, on-site performance, and productivity.
• Enforce and ensure compliance with safety procedures for all personnel.

Technical Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Technical Supervisor, Project Manager).
• Previous international experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and technical resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with governmental stakeholders, in dynamic and complex environments.
