Job description

We seek to recruit a Technical Sales Specialist to join our client's Legal Ops & Tech Consultancy Team. The candidate would ideally be based in their Riyadh office and will be regularly required to attend client premises around the Middle East Region to offer technical support. We would prefer to recruit a Saudi National for this position; however are also open to Arab Nationals with the relevant skills.

This role will be working within a team that provides legal operations and legal tech consultancy services to the firm's clients and will act as the first point of contactfor the sales team supporting with new and existing customers.

The sales and project teams offer support clients in delivering their operational transformation projects, mapping existing workflows, identifying process improvements and the technology tools that will be best suited to their use cases and project managing the implementation of such changes. This role will be responsible for managingsales tracking toolsandCRM, liaising with the teams to ensure deals are progressing according to schedule and collaborating with the marketing function to generate and distribute leads across the sales team.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role who has hands-on experience with CRM systems as well as proficiency with theMS Office Suite. Previous experience to a similar role in Saudi Arabia and within the legal services market would be advantageous.
