Job description

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Sales Professional to work on our Business Development Team presenting Alnafitha’s ITSM Offerings.

The Technical Sales Professional (TSP) is responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers. The TSP must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts/territory to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

This position will partner with sales, customer success, and technical teams to craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of Alnafitha’s services.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Achieve numeric objectives for assigned products/territories.
  2. Continuously develop a healthy pipeline by generating new qualified opportunities for assigned products/territories.
  3. Assist sales team in qualifying sales opportunities.
  4. Deliver customized exceptional presentations and demos, to present and demonstrate Alnafitha’s solutions and services to customers.
  5. Conduct technical assessments, build scope of work/low level technical scope based on the business requirements.
  6. Deliver solutions related documentation that could include technical proposals, fact sheets, user manuals, etc.
  7. Improve the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Alnafitha and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.
  8. Participate in building Alnafitha’s technical content library (e.g., Knowledge base, service catalogue, and other technical contents).
  9. Assist in representing Alnafitha in any forum (i.e., seminars, technical or marketing conferences events).
  10. Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services.
  11. Engage in short and time-limited ad hoc services focused on implementing specific scenarios, customer-specific issue remediation or support (e.g., Chalk Talks).
  12. Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Certification Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. ITIL Expert (Must)
  3. ISO 20000 Foundation (Preferred)
  4. ManageEngine Certified Solution Expert (Preferred)
  5. CCNA (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

  1. Experience in same or similar technology: 2-4 years (ManageEngine, BMC, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SolarWinds, ...)
  2. Practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions.
  3. Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations.
  4. Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware, and software.
  5. Experience across different industry sectors.
  6. Good experience with CMDB, Asset Management.
  7. IT networking skills and experience.
  8. Excellent understanding of Windows, UNIX, and Linux infrastructure including File System, Registry, Active Directory, user profiles, security.
  9. Understanding of virtualized technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
  10. Acceptable experience with databases such as MYSQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL.
