Une entreprise en pleine expansion recherche un coordinateur des ventes capable d'acquérir de nouveaux clients et de maintenir des relations solides. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des transactions, du suivi des opportunités et de la collaboration avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente. Job description

  • Searching for leads through (social media, exhibitions, website, email, or any other means).
  • Acquiring new sales opportunities by following up with potential clients through calls and emails.
  • Recording all client names in the portal to maintain the customer database and potential client records.
  • Identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Targeting the right customers to achieve the company's goals.
  • Completing sales transactions and achieving the required sales target.
  • Communicating with clients through (WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, etc.).
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinating meeting appointments with clients to understand their requirements and liaising with the administrative assistant.
  • Following up on the project after the agreement in terms of (payment collection – implementing the agreed-upon plan).
  • Collecting feedback from clients or potential clients and sharing it with the team.
  • Searching for new customers and following up with existing clients.
  • Preparing price quotations for clients in collaboration with the sales manager, getting approval, and sending them to the clients.
  • Clarifying the details of the price quotation after sending it to the client.
  • Following up on the price quotation with the client via phone or email until a decision is made.
  • Staying updated on market trends.
  • Collaborating and engaging with the team to build strong relationships and successfully close sales deals

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
