We are looking for a Technical Product Manager / IT Project Manager to join us onsite in Saudi Arabia. Arabic fluency is essential. Help us shape the future of logistics and aviation tech!

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

• Craft and evolve the product vision, KPI-driven roadmaps, and release plans for logistics and aviation modules

• Translate market and regulatory insights into technical requirements.

• Conduct competitive and stakeholder research across GCC aviation and logistics sectors and pinpoint differentiation opportunities.

• Champion a data-driven culture, run experiments/A-B tests, and feed insights back into product strategy.

Project Delivery

• Drive the full project life-cycle—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality—for multiple concurrent initiatives using Agile or hybrid frameworks.

• Coordinate internal development, QA, DevOps, external vendors, airport stakeholders, and governments.

• Ensure all deliverables meet all relevant security/compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or IT Project Management delivering enterprise SaaS or mission-critical systems.

• Hands-on experience with logistics, supply-chain, or aviation technology projects (TMS, ground-handling, DCS, cargo manifesting, airline APIs).

• Demonstrated success managing Agile/Scrum products and projects

• Native Arabic and business-level English—able to translate technical requirements for mixed-language teams.

• Solid grounding in software architecture concepts (microservices, cloud, CI/CD, APIs) and modern toolchains (Jira, Azure DevOps,..).
