About Monitor Solution:

The Monitor Solution enables businesses to track real-time performance across public, owned, paid, and earned channels. It provides deep insights into brand reputation, campaign effectiveness, and competitive standing - all in one platform.

Overview:

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Monitor Solution. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap while ensuring seamless API integrations and managing strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring we continuously empower businesses to take impactful decisions by turning the vast amount of scattered interactions into contextual relevant, digestible, and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications:
    1. Experience: 2-3 years in product management
    2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    3. Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
    4. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of coding, databases, and APIs
    5. Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile
    6. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  2. Nice-to-Haves:
    1. Prior exposure to social media analytics, social listening, or digital channels management
    2. Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and managing technical partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channels & API Integration: Manage channels and API partnerships, overseeing updates of the key API providers and integration partners
  2. Product Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap, prioritizing features for Collect, Understand, and Impact
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success; facilitate agile ceremonies and product releases
  4. Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify market opportunities, resolve project challenges, and validate enhancements
  5. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage tools like JIRA and Confluence to track progress. Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategy.
