Technical Libraries Technician

JASARA PMC is looking for a Technical Libraries Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and organization of technical documentation and records critical to our projects. You will support the Technical Libraries Manager in ensuring that all technical material is well-organized, maintained, and accessible to project teams and stakeholders. This position is essential to streamlining the information flow and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administrators of as-built information including BIM / GIS Models and documents
• Manage requests from project teams who require access to as-built records
• Provide project teams with source records for design and construction projects
• Liaise with GD Administrative Support to ensure compliance with archiving and data protection policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or a Business-related degree

Experience

• 5+ years of experience performing analytical and technical tasks related to library services in the construction environment
