Job description

Implement the standards set in the Boecker Operations Manual.

Responsibilities:

1. Review clients’ feedback and suggest improvements for reports and forms to the Technical Engineering Manager.
2. Visit clients with technical problems and provide recommendations to assigned technicians.
3. Provide technical training and field support for technicians.
4. Identify insects collected from treated premises and prepare technical reports.
5. Verify daily treatments and take appropriate actions when necessary.
6. Prepare and update maps of installed pest control devices.
7. Handle courtesy calls for audited clients and those with technical issues.
8. Prepare quarterly call back analysis reports and suggest corrective actions to the Technical Engineering Manager.
9. Check Personal Protective Equipment of field staff and take action if needed.
10. Prepare Trend reports, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) reports, and other technical reports.
11. Examine submitted Service Reports and review treatment reports, taking necessary actions.
12. Issue Pest Management Professionals Certificates, obtain signatures from stakeholders, and maintain an archive.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Entomology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pest management or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
