A leading company in the printing and packaging industry is seeking a Technical Engineer to lead utilities and infrastructure projects. The role involves defining project scopes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in utilities projects.
Leads utilities and infrastructure projects, from study, design, implementation, and hand over, related to Plant Building expansion and development, according to business needs and within set budgets.
Scope includes Civil & Structural works, Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, Water Supply & Drainage, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems, and Industrial Lighting.
Defines project scope, budget, execution plan, and resource requirements.
Reviews and approves technical specs, tenders, drawings, layouts submitted by consultants and contractors.
Ensures up-to-date documentation covering all requirements such as technical drawings/layouts related to Utility projects.
Proposes & suggests preventive maintenance requirements for utilities equipment.
Ensures good operability and maintenance schedule implementation for his projects or utilities upgrades, in coordination with the Technical and Maintenance Manager.
Proposes & implements utility equipment upgrades aligned with new technologies.
Proposes & implements continuous improvement measures related to his job functions.
