Technical Consulting Specialist Data and AI

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Consultant to work on our Consulting Services Team supporting and implementing Alnafitha’s Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) services.

We’re a team of technology-driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable, scalable, and efficient implementations. This position will require high cooperation with other teams from project management, sales, and business development. We’re always striving to learn more, expand our skills, and grow our teammates.

Primary Focused Domain(s): SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure Synapse

Responsibilities:

1. Presenting and demonstrating Anahita’s services to customers.
2. Build scope of work/low level technical scope based on the business requirements.
3. Deliver regional technical implementations and solution design within Anahita’s services on customer’s sites and remotely.
4. Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems, including complaint handling and sensitive customers.
5. Conduct proactive services with clients through Risk Assessments, Health Checks, Code Reviews, or other similar offerings.
6. Deliver ad hoc services focused on customer-specific issue remediation or support (e.g., Chalk Talks).
7. Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and assist customers in consuming their products and services.
8. Improve the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Anahita.
9. Deliver solutions-related documentation, including scope of work/user manual.
10. Participate in building Anahita’s technical content library, such as knowledge bases and other technical content.
11. Assist in representing Anahita in forums (i.e., seminars, technical or marketing conferences).
12. Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Certification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. ITIL Foundation (preferred)
3. Microsoft Certified: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI (Must)
4. Data Analyst Associate (Must)
5. Power Platform (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

1. Experience in the following technology: +3 (Microsoft: Azure Synapse, SQL, Power BI, and APIs)
2. Experience with ETL tools.
3. Experience building, testing, and deploying analytics systems.
4. Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
5. Expertise in provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software, SQL big data, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
6. Experience with Talend and Tableau.
7. Proficient with various EDWH and ETL tools and BI dashboard systems.
8. Knowledge in building business requirement documents (BRD).
9. Solid understanding of API, ETL pipeline, and Power Platform.
