Job Summary/Objective
The Technical Consulting Professional at Alnafitha IT is responsible for providing guidance and solutions across diverse technology domains. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored technology solutions, and ensuring successful project execution to enhance client operations and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Needs Assessment
- Lead engagements to understand complex client IT requirements by conducting in-depth discussions and strategic assessments with clients to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment of business goals
- Oversee evaluations of existing systems by directing teams in analyzing system performance and identifying critical gaps to drive strategic improvements that enhance client operations
Solution Design and Implementation
- Design and approve implementation plans by collaboration with senior leadership to define project scope and objectives to ensure solutions align with broader business strategies and clients’ needs
- Manage the technical implementation process by coordinating resources and schedules to ensure timely deployment and guarantee successful execution while minimizing client disruption
Support and Troubleshooting
- Offer direct support for teams in resolving complex client issues by establishing frameworks for support and escalation processes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective issue management
Proactive Services
- Oversee health checks and risk management strategies by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to clients to proactively mitigate risks and enhance system reliability
Training and Workshops
- Lead training initiatives for clients and internal teams by developing and conducting comprehensive training programs to enhance knowledge transfer and promote effective product usage
Stakeholder Management
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement with clients and internal teams to gather insights and accelerate collaboration and alignment with clients’ objectives
Documentation and Representation
- Develop and ensure adherence to documentation standards by creating comprehensive documentation for all technical processes to provide clarity and reference for ongoing operations and training
Skills
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business applications technical consultant or related position
- Proficiency in working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho solutions
- Excellent understanding of sales, marketing, accounting, and HR processes is a must
- Business strategy and market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical and business modeling skills
- Strong ability to influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment, including ability to communicate and influence various internal stakeholders and across functions (such as marketing, sales, services, customer success and finance)
- Excellent ability to consistently and positively work in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment
- Must be passionate about technology and creating great customer experiences
- Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills
