1. Act in project teams and support colleagues, consultants, and programmers in their activities.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP methodology and/or alternative innovative project approaches.
3. Gain experience by executing subprojects within various successfully completed projects.
4. Autonomously translate business requirements into the required SAP solutions.
5. Specialize in at least one application area and in integrating this area with other functional areas of the solution.
6. Act as a coach in one or more project teams, monitoring both the technical aspects and project progress.
7. Support colleagues, consultants, and programmers in their activities.
8. Translate complex problems into the required SAP solutions.
9. Preferably certified in SAP ABAP Basis.
