Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Clerk to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

  • Prepare and process technical documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and technical manuals.

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile technical information.

  • Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Support the technical team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor degree in business or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a procurement environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical documents and data.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
