Technical Analyst (ECM) (Saudi Arabia)

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing technical solutions that align with our ECM strategies and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our content management processes.

Your expertise will guide the integration of ECM systems with other business applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and adhere to company policies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information, and documenting an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping those to SAP business processes.
• Implement and integrate Content Management (CM) systems with concerned systems.
• Provide post-go-live support, handle enhancements, and resolve issues.
• Manage daily user issues for business users.
• Provide training in ECM for various roles within the business.
• Train junior consultants to handle SAP Content Management (CM).
• Design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for CM deployments, including sizing, scaling, installation, and configuration.
• Serve as an authority on architecting enterprise architecture to support large volumes of content from sources like SAP data, email, documents, and images.
• Design and develop applications, forms, reports, and workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server.
• Build and modify workflows, forms, reports, and custom taxonomy/metadata in OpenText Content Server according to specifications.
• Collaborate on requirements and solution design.
• Provide estimates and prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements.
• Design and code following development standards.
• Perform quality checks on development work.
• Implement capture (OCR) related technologies.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Minimum nine (9) years of experience in ECM with OpenText.
• At least one (1) year of experience in S/4HANA end-to-end implementation.
• At least two (2) years of experience in SAP ECC projects implementation.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
