Job description

Charterhouse is working with a reputable global law firm that is looking to expand its IT Services department in the KSA office. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Technical Analyst (IT) to support the Middle East offices with all IT-related queries.



About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a global company that is growing in the Middle East. This role will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance and support the end-users within the business.



The Technical Analyst will be required to respond to users enquiries and technical issues through various channels, such as F2F, ticketing solutions (ServiceNow), phone, making sure tickets are logged and updated correctly. In this role you will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and any network problems in a timely manner.



About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have worked in the legal industry, professional services or related field previously. The successful candidate will be familiar with Windows 10 & 11, Mac, Office 365, Exchange, AV and Document Management Systems (iManage) Experience using ServiceNow would also be advantageous.



Our client is looking for a proactive Technical Analyst who has a focus on customer experience. Ideally, this candidate would have previous experience supporting over 20+ direct end users. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for this position.
