Your mission

Our UiPath Enterprise Success team advises and guides our most strategic customers in designing and building long-term, enterprise-level business automation programs leveraging our people and technology, ensuring our customers achieve maximum business value and organizational impact leveraging the world’s most innovative and proven business automation platform.

We entrust our team with UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels (C-suite down), to drive business adoption of our capabilities with a focus on tangible business outcomes while enhancing the way their team members work.

Our Enterprise Success team is dedicated to guiding our customers in designing and managing their UiPath business automation platform across its full lifecycle, including coaching on initial deployment, enterprise-wide enablement, and methodologies to maximize outcomes, self-sufficiency, and organizational impact.

What you'll do at UiPath

  1. Take ownership of your customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform.
  2. Be a core member of the UiPath account team, responsible for technical workstreams that help strategize and execute adoption plans.
  3. Proactively engage with customers, providing technical advisory and guiding their automation programs to achieve objectives.
  4. Provide infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, assistance, and troubleshooting for UiPath Platform.
  5. Enable technical stakeholders on best practices relevant to their automation pipelines and environments.
  6. Conduct design and code reviews for automations to verify best practices.
  7. Perform health checks on automation programs and environments, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and other experts to manage support incidents.
  9. Provide technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
  10. Develop and improve team processes and assets iteratively to maintain best-in-class delivery.

What you'll bring to the team

  1. A degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java, or PowerShell), with SaaS and Cloud experience a plus.
  3. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  4. Relevant experience in customer-facing, technical account management or consulting roles.
  5. Ability to communicate technical topics effectively, including software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure.
  6. Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Nice preferred.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, and innovative.
  8. Diplomacy and poise under pressure.
  9. Willingness to travel up to 25% for client interactions.
