The Role / Opportunity

Our Business Unit is searching for a Team Manager in the Divisional Quality- Manufacturing & Bakery department in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to drive continuous improvement in the factory through handling customer complaints and investigating day-to-day issues in the plant. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for CIT issues in the plant and, in the absence of the QA manager, will represent the monthly and weekly meetings.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

1. Dairy Technologist graduate
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a dairy and food factory, including experience in investigations and automated Dairy Plant working.
3. Knowledge and undertaking of ISO 9001.
