JOB-SPECIFIC
  • Assist in developing the Park Services planning for Six Flags Qiddiya Theme Park, including conceptualizing the journey and developing detailed plans with stakeholders and service providers
  • Assist with developing processes and procedures for park operations
  • Assist in planning and producing documentation, systems, and processes, and participate in Health & Safety responsibilities by conforming to standards and exceeding expectations while involving team members and supervisors
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities within KSA and IP partners
  • Collaborate with technology teams to incorporate guest management systems for an optimal guest experience
  • Support the development of systems, processes, and procedures for park operation
  • Ensure all team members meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with Qiddiya teams to ensure compliance with international standards
  • Supervise Park Services, Senior Ambassadors, and Ambassadors to ensure cleanliness and presentation of the park, and that ambassadors operate professionally
  • Maintain excellent condition of washrooms and manage external contracts such as waste disposal and cleaning
  • Oversee the operation of the waste management facility, including recycling aligned with sustainability goals
  • Supervise shifts, including night shifts
  • Manage stocks, cleaning equipment, and chemicals
  • Train and develop staff using SOPs and park knowledge
  • Monitor and meet KPIs and manage operational budgets with cost-saving initiatives
  • Manage scheduling and equipment operation to high standards
  • Update SOPs, risk assessments, and related documentation
  • Act as a positive role model, maintaining high standards and motivating staff
  • Promote Six Flags Qiddiya positively to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • High school education (desirable)
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Guest service qualifications (desirable)
  • Health and Safety qualifications (desirable)
  • Training in cleaning, chemicals, and machinery (desirable)
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years, with 2 in a supervisory role
  • Experience in cleaning or facility management, preferably in theme parks & waterparks
  • Experience in waste management, recycling, and cleaning operations
  • Operational experience in leisure environments and facility management
  • Experience leading large teams and managing third-party contractors
