What you'll be doing

  1. Store level sell out target accountability.
  2. Build category manager relationships at store level.
  3. Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
  4. Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target.
  5. Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
  6. Improve individual Expert performance and skills.
  7. Ensure in-store stock is at an appropriate level in the assigned stores.
  8. Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
  9. Address and resolve any performance issues.
  10. Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Fluency in English.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
