The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join the Blow Molding-Manufacturing Department. The successful candidate must manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake milk and process specified dairy products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (efficiencies, loss-in-process, zero non-conformance) by targeting the right Product Specifications, Quality and Safety Standards.

Candidates must have:

  • Qualification in Dairy / Food Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG set up.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of International Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP.
  • Experienced with Automated Process Control. Commissioned some automated plants handling milk and other dairy products.
  • Conduct Internal Quality / HACCP Audits
