We are looking for a Team Leader with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.

You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer and the people using the equipment. As a team leader, you will be responsible for driving and executing the VA & VB repair activities and managing a team of technicians.

What will you do?

  1. Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices highlighting proactive risk identification and STOP and GO principles.
  2. Manage on-site communication with the customer for day-to-day installation activities with continuous coordination with the Field Supervisor.
  3. Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
  4. Perform the reception, checking and storage of materials, ensuring the security of the delivered equipment by means of correct storage and site handling.
  5. Carry out the installation according to pre-determined method instruction and schedule.
  6. Responsible for high quality and timely installation of the equipment following KONE installation methods throughout the installation process described mainly in AM instructions.
  7. Report installation progress to the Field Supervisor.
  8. Keep the installation tooling safe and in good condition.
  9. Promote quality feedback forms and proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement of the product by feedback to the supply line.
  10. React quickly to unexpected events by communicating with the Field Supervisor.
  11. Apply lean principles to avoid interruptions at work and consistently follow and promote huddles initiatives.

Are you the one?

  1. ITI/Vocational Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Proficiency in basic IT skills.
  5. A solid foundation in digital technologies is essential.
