We are looking for a Team Leader with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.

You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance, and promoting regular and proactive on-site communication with the customer and the people using the equipment. As a team leader, you will be responsible for driving and executing the VA & VB repair activities and managing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices, highlighting proactive risk identification, and STOP and GO principles.
• Managing on-site communication with the customer for daily installation activities in coordination with the Field Supervisor.
• Managing the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
• Performing reception, checking, and storage of materials, ensuring the security of delivered equipment through proper storage and site handling.
• Carrying out installation according to predetermined methods and schedules.
• Ensuring high-quality and timely installation following KONE standards.
• Reporting installation progress to the Field Supervisor.
• Maintaining installation tooling safety and condition.
• Promoting quality feedback and contributing to product improvements.
• Reacting swiftly to unexpected events via communication with the Field Supervisor.
• Applying lean principles to avoid interruptions and promoting huddles initiatives.

Qualifications include:

• ITI/Vocational Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Preventive Maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in basic IT skills and a solid foundation in digital technologies.
