Educational program advancement to meet the standards. Regular and normal curriculum evaluation. Make sure that the curriculum involves the student in tasks that require analytical as well as critical reasoning, trouble solving, and creative thinking which address each student's requirements, interests, and ability levels. Leads the R&D of curriculum, instruction, activities, and development. Examines and enhances the preparation process. Assesses lesson strategies and observes classes regularly. Advocates, promotes, and monitors the placement of curriculum, instruction, and assessment improvement in the achievement of objectives, purposes, and standards. Organizes and executes a system for the analysis and selection of educational materials that are free from bias.
