Key Tasks:

1. Liaise with medical and non-medical staff at providers to ensure quality healthcare services for our members.
2. Maintain and update a daily database and tracker of all related members and issues raised.
3. Follow up on open cases to ensure optimal members' recovery, referrals, and issue resolution.
4. Coordinate with international healthcare services, TPAs, and global partners to provide medical requirements and services for members.
5. Engage with local and international inpatient members and manage cases end-to-end to ensure optimum recovery and issue resolution.
6. Update medical reports, hospital acceptances, and rejections of patients once they have completed their medical journey.
7. Communicate with hospitals to obtain details of future medical appointments and stay updated on patient medical journey progress.
8. Connect with members following treatment completion and facilitate any required services locally.
9. Support the delivery of international healthcare projects/products.
10. Book appointments for patients internationally and locally when requested by members.

Skills

Technical/Managerial:

• Excellent verbal & written English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and email correspondence skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition.
