About Tamheer Program:

It is a program aimed at developing graduates with bachelor's degrees or higher in order to provide them with practical field experience. The training period is six months of on-the-job training for fresh graduates to gain the required skills in a professional environment.

Tamheer Requirements:

  1. To be a Saudi citizen.
  2. Bachelor's degree or diploma holder.
  3. To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
  4. The job seeker should not be registered for any job during the previous six months.
  5. He should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and implement improvements in HR processes for operational efficiency.
  2. Support HR automation and self-service tools.
  3. Collaborate with IT and HR to optimize systems and workflows.
  4. Ensure HR technology aligns with business needs and compliance.
  5. Develop reports to aid HR decision-making and ensure data accuracy.
  6. Enhance HR efficiency through process engineering and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with HR teams to address challenges and align solutions.

Education and Certifications:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Human Resources Business Administration.
