Role Purpose:
- To promote and sell Bupa Arabia's products through direct and intermediary channels, focusing on small and medium clients, and manage the client journey from prospecting to card receipt and activation of all services, in accordance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Sales Function
- Promote Bupa Arabia's products to achieve personal and team targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Understand market dynamics and competition in PMI (Private Medical Insurance) and plan accordingly.
- Manage the book of business to balance against competitors, direct business, broker business, and product mix, ensuring a low-risk profile.
- Stay updated with regulatory policies and regulations, and ensure compliance, including passing the IFCE exam conducted by SAMA.
- Assist team members with client renewals.
2. Sales Forecasting
- Maintain a balanced sales pipeline.
- Generate leads from various sources.
- Prepare monthly reports and yearly plans based on funnel analysis and sales expectations.
- Explore new sales opportunities and areas.
- Maintain activity reports on wins and losses.
3. Sales Administration
- Handle contracts, system entries, and invoicing processes.
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and regulatory policies.
- Introduce clients to online services and collect necessary agreements and payments.
- Gather and submit sponsor documentation as per CCHI requirements.
- Keep the CRM system updated with all activities.
4. Building Client Relationships
- Coordinate with operational departments for policy launches.
- Present products and services to clients.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Remain accessible to clients year-round to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead the handover process with the relationship team following company policies.
Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Good self-management, motivation, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
