Job Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accounting We want you on our team! As a Tamheer Accountant Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our operations in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, providing insights for variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Manage the invoicing process, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Support payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
