Job Description

• Ensure receipt and data entry of all materials received in the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records for the warehouse and cold store, supporting sustainable inventory control and management systems.
• Support cycle counting activities.
• Ensure MMS and WMS files are updated with 100% accuracy.
• Manage warehouse operations for dry and cold stores to maximize resource utilization.
• Attend reservations and post in SAP during receipt and issuance processes.
• Assist the Warehouse Analyst in maintaining inventory details, updating, and monitoring HOI and MRP processes.
• Follow FIFO principles to prevent shelf life losses.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols in cold stores.

Academic Background

Diploma holder or relevant qualifications.
