Due to growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Mid level.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Sourcing and Attraction:
    • Utilize sourcing techniques (online sourcing, networking, job fairs) to identify and attract candidates.
    • Create compelling job postings to attract top talent.
    • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
    • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities.
    • Assist with job offers and onboarding materials.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of experience in product or startup companies.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS is a plus.
