Role Description

As a Talent Management Specialist at Innovative Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees. You will work closely with the Human Capital team to implement innovative recruitment methods, development programs, and performance evaluation processes that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities
