Purpose:

The Regional Talent Management Specialist is responsible for leading all training & development, performance management, and engagement programs in stores. They will ensure the development and implementation of the IKEA training plan and individual development plans to secure the business competency of the region.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
- Oversee the region's learning and development initiatives, including induction, performance management, and individual development planning (IDP) cycles.
- Design and execute effective training programs and workshops across various functional areas.
- Facilitate career development planning, providing guidance and mentorship to employees.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to track employee performance and identify development opportunities.
- Secure an effective facilitators pool and updated training materials to deliver the training calendar across all business units in the region.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key talent metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate employee data and records.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage internal communication and updates related to various people initiatives and projects across the region's business units.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Regional People Manager to address employee concerns and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and IKEA policies related to talent management and Saudi government regulations.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent management strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Regularly report on KPIs to management, stakeholders, and the country office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related major.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Talent Management role.
- CIPD Level 3 or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
