Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Employee Development Discussions: Facilitate discussions to support career and personal growth.
  • Managing HUB Programs: Oversee and track safety, leadership, and technical training programs.
  • Management Check-in and Realignment: Ensure alignment between talent development plans and organizational goals.
  • Learning Solutions: Develop and design training plans and learning solutions.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and update training materials and methodologies.
  • Learning Technology: Utilize technology tools for managing training content and tracking progress.
  • Training Coordination: Organize logistics for training sessions.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide individual coaching and mentoring.
  • Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts and training vendors.
  • Training Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and allocation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years in talent management, HR, or organizational development.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of talent management practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HRIS and talent management software, strong problem-solving skills.
