Description and Requirements

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenTalent Acquisition Partnerto lead high-volume recruitment efforts for blue-collar roles within our industrial manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring our production teams are staffed with skilled and reliable personnel, while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and Saudization policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions including operators, technicians, and warehouse staff.
  • Develop and execute local sourcing strategies through job fairs, HRDF programs, technical institutes, job portals, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and production teams to define job requirements and plan manpower needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and Iqama processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Monitor labor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies to remain competitive.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent inArabic and English(Chinese is a plus).
  • Highly adaptable in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
