Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting various talent management initiatives.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline onboarding processes for new hires
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
