We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting various talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
Coordinate and execute company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases
Collaborate with HR team members to streamline onboarding processes for new hires
Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and cultural norms is a plus
