Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters' specialists to achieve recruitment targets and process excellence.
- Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders across business units to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical or senior-level roles across the Group.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role expectations and timelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs and team performance.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of recruitment systems and tools (SAP).
- Support employer branding initiatives and strategic talent acquisition campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, assessment, and selection strategies.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members in a structured and supportive way.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple functions or entities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
