Role Propose:
Responsible for delivering all facets of talent acquisition process and ensure to hire high-caliber talent with the passion and potential to thrive across organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and identify their manpower needs and recruitment objectives for assigned positions by verifying appropriate position requirements and budget.
- Advertise vacancies through various recruitment channels, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct effective screening, preliminary interviews, and assessments with candidates to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, database information, including a communication strategy to engage candidates.
- Serve as a key influencer, building strategic partnerships and leveraging data and research to achieve quality of hire, time to fill, cost per hire, department and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide input in hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Utilize recruitment system appropriately and efficiently to ensure consistent, timely and accurate data entry and management.
- Support the Saudization efforts by sourcing and attracting the best local talent.
- Ensure compliance to all governmental regulations and company policies related to local and international recruitment activities.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide resourcing updates for assigned roles.
- Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process.
- Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his/her competence as required by the direct manager and Human Resource Director.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
- 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment function or similar role.
Education and Certifications Requirements:
- Bachelor in HR/Business Administration or any related field.
