Role purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in executing the full life cycle of recruitment, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to final selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. This position is key to aligning recruitment strategies with organizational workforce plans, ensuring timely project mobilization, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and long-term staffing needs—especially within the fitness industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement initiative-taking sourcing strategies and workforce planning aligned with project needs and business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and identify the most suitable sourcing channels for each role.
- Ensure timely and efficient project mobilization through well-coordinated talent acquisition and resource allocation plans.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and suggest continuous improvements to enhance time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain Saudization targets and support nationalization goals by attracting and hiring qualified local talent.
- Manage and oversee relationships with international recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring campaigns, ensuring alignment with client specifications and compliance standards.
- Prepare and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans and recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and onboarding success.
- Collaborate with management to define job qualifications, employment terms, and compensation within approved salary structures.
- Draft and issue competitive offer letters in line with internal compensation benchmarks.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulatory requirements, visa issuance processes, and travel procedures, especially in light of pandemic-related restrictions or updates.
- Contribute to HR policy revisions and uphold best practices in fair and equitable recruitment.
- Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns, candidate engagement strategies, and a seamless candidate experience.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE
Experience & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or sports industry.
- Demonstrated experience in both local and international recruitment, including bulk hiring projects.
- Proficiency in using job boards, recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing strategies.
